Shipping Outside of the Continental United States
Clients outside of the continental United States must take responsibility for any and all customs obligations once their package has left the continental United States. PetProductDelivery.com is not responsible for any orders that are held up or delayed at customs due to client error. We will NOT pay return shipping for a package that is held up or abandoned at customs. It is up to the client to claim their package. We cannot issue a refund on merchandise that is no longer located within the continental United States.
If the package is stolen or missing after the USPS or UPS confirms date, time, and location of delivery on USPS.com or UPS.com, Shopper is not eligible for a refund or re-shipping.
If your order does not arrive (and UPSP or UPS tracking information confirms the same), Shopper is eligible for reshipping 21 days from the original shipping date. This waiting period is to give the package time to arrive if it is lost in the USPS or UPS system.
PetProductDelivery.com does not have access to any additional tracking information than what is provided in the USPS and UPS tracking systems at USPS.com or UPS.com. Please contact the carrier for assistance to perform package location assistance once the package has shipped.
We also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they received the package in error.
